yep, we also had swimming pool birthday here. BUT, it is impossible for me to have this kind of brithday party. I would worry about the safety. I think bobo did have a nice and fun swimming pool party. it is really good for you to mini the children to 10. it is easy to handle
we held the party at my health club with plenty of life guards on duty, and some of the moms stayed at the party, too. it relieved the pressure of keeping all the kids safe.
i loved the 10 kids policy. i am sticking to it for all their parties from now on. definitely less stressful.
After my boys turned 10, they are limited to having 2 best friends only for 1/2 day, and NO MORE birthday parties!!! Money saved will go to their birthday presents. Believe me, I am loving every birthday now. Haha!
it'll be a long time before they will want to simply spend time with 2 friends. it was hard enough getting him to just invite 10 people. all of a sudden, everyone became his best friend and would be so hurt if they weren't included.
